Vista III Media Announces the Addition of SportsSouth
(April 27, 2007) - Vista III Media, "Your Hometown Connection" for cable television, high speed Internet, and telephone customers throughout Northern Mississippi, is pleased to announce the addition of SportSouth to their expanded basic line-up. This channel may be viewed in all Vista III Media service areas on channel 78 effective April 27th.
In addition to 24-hour broad-based sports coverage, the addition of SportSouth will enable Vista III Media customers to enjoy expanded coverage of the Atlanta Braves and the St. Louis Cardinals, as well as college action from the SEC, ACC, Southern and Big South Conferences.
SportSouth's original programming provides sports fans with an all-access media pass that goes behind-the-scenes every NASCAR weekend with Around the Track and up-close-and-personal with top sports personalities on In My Own Words and Under the Lights. SportSouth reaches more than 8.2 million subscribers across a six-state region comprised of Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and regions of central and western North Carolina.
